Purus Ale

A true American IPA. Great Alcohol content with a nice crisp hop bite to make your taste buds scream.

12 lbs pale malt
1 lb Caramel malt 60lv
1 lb German Vienna

1oz Challenger 60min
1oz Challenger 30min
1 oz fuggle dry hop primary fermenter

Single infusion mash for 90 minutes at 152.

Sparge at 175 for 60 minutes.

OG: 1.070
FG: 1.016

AV: 6.8%

Yeast: Wyeast 1272 American Ale yeast ll
