Purus New Years IPA

I usually brew this one right after Halloween. It takes a good 2 months just for the flavors to begin to meld. And another 3 months to become really smooth. I guess i should start brewing it in June so it can match it’s name. Regardless it keeps you nice and warm in the winter.
