Yappa Dabba Brown Ale

6 lbs. Pale Malt
1 lb. Vienna Malt
1 lb. CaraMunich
1 lb. Pale Chocolate Malt

.5 oz Northern (45)
.5 oz Northern (30)
.5 oz Northern (15)

1056 Ale Yeast

OG: 1.046
FG: 1.008

The pale chocolate malt is a little tart but should mellow within about a month. Even now it is a very drinkable ale.
