Thanks for the link and for the beer, TBF. My wife and I opened a couple bottles this weekend and were more than pleasantly surprised by it's rich flavor and strong body. I do not brew my own but have made attempts to try a high variety of ales so as to give myself a (self-proclaimed) title of "connoisseur". This APA is now on the top of my list and was the highlight of my weekend. My wife grew up in Germany and is very picky about her beers. After her first sip, she commented, "This is what beer is supposed to taste like". I have to agree. We sincerely look forward to opening the rest of them and trying other recipes by TBF. Thanks again for the links to UnderMoose and I will be including BlackFlag references and links in my future work.
