The slight amount chocolate malt really rounds the flavor of this batch out. Really  bringing the malt and hops into perfect harmony, masking the alcohol. Unfortunately, if you don’t keep count of what you’ve had, it will bend you over in a heart beat….hence its name.

For 5.5 gallon batch

12 lbs. of American Two-Row (Mash)
1 lbs. of American Crystal 40L (Mash)
1 lbs. of American Munich (Light) (Mash)
.25 lbs. of American Chocolate (Mash)

1 oz. (28.3g) of Perle (10.5%) boiled for 45 minutes.
1 oz. (28.3g) of East Kent Goldings (6.4%) boiled for 30 minutes.
1 oz. (28.3g) of East Kent Goldings (6.4%) boiled for 15 minutes.

ABV: 7.6%
