		<description><![CDATA[The slight amount chocolate malt really rounds the flavor of this batch out. Really  bringing the malt and hops into perfect harmony, masking the alcohol. Unfortunately, if you don&#8217;t keep count of what you&#8217;ve had, it will bend you over in a heart beat&#8230;.hence its name.

I guess i should start brewing it in June so it can match it&#8217;s name. Regardless it keeps you nice and warm in the winter.

The pale chocolate malt is a little tart but should mellow within about a month. Even now it is a very drinkable ale.
